/TTatDoEditBanned - Improving the css-markup. [fixed for 1.0.5]

In the process of writing Comparison Of Usemod With Mediawiki, I've noticed some strange things with linking semantics when using subpages. I'm not sure that I know this system well enough to say that they are bugs, or missing features, or just my misunderstandings. -- Garnet

WikiPatches/ForceFreeUpper - when $FreeUpper is on, prevent access to pages whose name are not upper
WikiPatches/LineEnds (filters out bad carriage-returns on line-ends which make pages appear double-spaced)
WikiPatches/MultiUserOnSingleComputerBug - V.92 erroneously supposes that two users have different IP addresses
WikiPatches/PageCacheBugFix (prevents pages being cached by browsers or proxy caches)
WikiPatches/PartialUrlFix - (handle partial (relative) URL correctly in BracketedLinks)
