• This is not a bug. The code has a configurable parameter $KeepSize? which limits the maximum size of the keep file (which contains the old revisions). If this limit would be exceeded by adding another old revision to the keep file, the old revision is discarded instead. The default setting for $KeepSize? is 0, which means no limit. The server currently hosting usemod.com has memory limits which require a rather small $KeepSize?. Also keep in mind that the expiration algorithm for old revisions is rather complex, so sometimes it may be hard to figure out why certain revisions are not present. --CliffordAdams
