Months names in sub CalcDay should be wrapped around T() to allow for translation

This might be done in 1.0, but I don't want to add more overhead to the CalcDay subroutine. (CalcDay is currently called for every line of the recent change log.) The 1.0 release will also allow an alternate numeric date format, like "2003-6-17", which may be more popular for non-English wikis. --CliffordAdams
