UserIsAdmin

Function which allows user to do AdminFeatures.

Returns 1 if adminpw from UserData is in the list of the admin-passwords.

Returns 0 otherwise

The password that is tested is $UserData{adminpw}

I think it is confusing to call this password a user password (well it confused me for a short while) --RiVer
