• OpenDefaultText has been bypassed -- change all calls to OpenDefaultText to OpenText
• new parameter: $status. This allows us to pass information to OpenNewText, so OpenNewText can decide which EmptyPageText to display depending on whether the "no such page" is being edited or displayed
