Q : How to use $ScriptTZ ?

 ex: let's say i'm in GMT+2 Timezone, what value should i assign to $ScriptTZ ?

• just "2" ?
• "GMT+2" ?

(is it an informative, optional text, or is it used for arithmetic purpose ?)

It is informative and optional--I would use "GMT+2". This time zone is printed if the user does not enter a time zone offset in the preferences. --CliffordAdams

Another mod.

My server is PST, but my users are CET. This is a little mod.

• $ScriptTZ = 'CET';
• $ENV{'TZ'} = 'CET';
